Buyers
You want someone who will work closely with you to
find exactly what you want! If you are new to the area, a first-time buyer, or
someone who is looking to find a new home or investment property, give me a call
and we'll discuss your needs. I will do an extensive search within your
parameters and will listen to what YOU want (price, size, neighborhood, etc.).
Even if you aren’t sure where to begin, we can start with a broad search and
eventually narrow it down.
Don't be shy about having an agent work for you. As a buyer, you almost never
pay for the service (the seller generally pays the all commissions), and there
is no reason that you should troll the classifieds alone and waste your valuable
time seeing properties that don’t fit your needs. Agents can get so much more
information than you can even before setting a foot outside. And you should
have representation - someone to stand up for your best interests and help you
navigate this complex process.

If you have never bought property in DC before, and if you are single filer
with an income under $70,000 or a joint filer with income up to $110,000,
you are automatically eligible. This is a tax credit on your federal taxes,
not a tax deduction! $5,000 back to you!! If you are single and make $70,000
