as our real estate agent. My wife and I almost made the worst decision we
could have made in regards to selling our condo in Falls Church in the
summer of 2004; we were thinking we could do it ourselves. I mean the
commission seemed a lot in dollar terms! Who was I kidding? Casey’s
knowledge and tenacity made it easy for us to feel comfortable about making
major decisions.
I didn’t realize the myriad of i’s to dot and t’s to cross in real estate.

working with Casey. She helped keep me organized through the entire process
and was accommodating to my busy schedule. There wasn't a single question I

about the buildings-such as whether the people that live there are mostly

highly recommend Casey Aboulafia as a realtor. I recently used her to find
an investment property for me that had many constraints. I was doing a
Starker property 1031 tax deferred exchange with many demanding parameters,
i.e., limited time to identify and close, constrained money
parameters. And I was dealing with an exchange facilitator on the other side
of the country.
Casey spent significant time developing an
appropriate list of properties in DC, VA and MD and arranged to show them to
me. I ended up with a property that is perfect for my needs. I even got the
first place that we put an offer on, and there were six other competing
bids. Even after the deal closed, Casey gave me a nice gift of flowers and
