We are overseas, and purchased sight unseen through Casey for our first investment property. We are not risk takers and Casey took what would have been a daunting process and made it easy, and even fun. We had tried other agents but Casey understood what we wanted and what we were willing to do and not to do and she gave us fantastic insight, info, guidance and choices. I truly believe had we used anyone else, we would still be dilly dallying around. She gave us the confidence to move! If we can ever buy again, Casey will be our agent for sure!!!!
