We have been racking our brains since our closing last week trying to think of something that Casey can improve on regarding how she handled us as clients…and thankfully…we cannot think of a thing. Casey Aboulafia was a pleasure to work with from the first email she sent us to the moment she dropped us off at our new home the day of our settlement. We were highly nervous first home buyers in Washington, DC and Casey offered an endless supply of knowledge. Casey makes it a top priority to stay current on market changes and real estate practices. Any question, from the silliest to the most important was answered by Casey promptly and thoroughly- not only about the home search but the mortgage process as well. She even made herself available for contact during her vacation! She calmed our nerves when we were needlessly worried, and she alerted us to things that might need a bit more of our attention. We cannot say enough about how much she advocated on our behalf, and it did not surprise us in the least to find out that Casey volunteers her services to a non-profit agency in Adams Morgan that helps marginalized groups with home ownership issues.
