This is my third transaction (purchase, sale, purchase) with Casey and I not only have returned for service with Casey, I enjoy her as a person. She has worked with me to garner my needs and apply that to my search. She is knowledgeable and organized. I’ve witnessed the opposite in my opposing realtors before and realize the importance of someone who knows what they are doing. For instance, on the closing of my most recent property, we hit a hurdle. She was on the phone immediately and offering options of how we could proceed. No situation is perfect but having someone who is helpful and knowledgeable is key.
