I was a long-distance client, so I never met Casey in person, but have exchanged numerous phone calls and emails with her. From the moment I contacted her I somehow knew she’d look after my best interests and be honest and ethical – and I was right! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, resourceful, detail-oriented, empathetic…I could go on and on. Kristen, Casey’s associate, has been great too. They both went above and beyond the call of duty and also moved my car from the parking space when it needed to be moved!
