I am very impressed with Casey. Not only did she sell our house at close to asking in Alexandria, but found us another home in DC. She knows multiple neighborhood and most importantly directed us to our new house in Georgetown which has most everything we wanted. When the property is priced right, it gets heated. Casey is a no-nonsense, calm and cool negotiator who works with tact and diplomacy. She was great in helping us clarify our key requirements and then working to get our price (on the sale and purchase). She also hand held us through the after sale process in getting settled down with plumbing and carpentry contacts. Kudos! Thank you!
