I was very skeptical about entering into the DC real estate market, and even more skeptical about agents. We got Casey’s name on referral from a co-worker and we’re so glad we did! Casey listened not only to what we wanted in a house, but also what our life plans were and what would make most sense for us. Even on houses that we loved (and where she also would have made more commission) if she didn’t think it was right for us, she would be clear on why and then give us enough space to come to that realization ourselves. Casey (and her team- Yay Kristen!) demonstrates honesty, integrity, and patience at every turn and it is coupled with an extensive knowledge of the area (and what it takes to fix up a house!). Casey was straight forward with us when she felt she didn’t know a neighbourhood quite as well as others, but would do a lot of due diligence to make sure she got a good pulse on the area before even suggesting we look there. Over all – if you are new to the home buying experience, or even if you’re old hat and want someone who is going to make the process a breeze – choose this team! We would do it again in a heartbeat!
